Corporate/Multi-User License

The Report is defined to be: "Corporate/Multi-User License Ultra Wideband: Poised to Transform the Wireless Industry."

The Purchaser is defined to be: the buyer of "The Report" who has paid ON World the sum of $399.

ON World grants "The Purchaser" a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use "The Report", in part or in whole, for internal business or personal use.

"The Purchaser" may use "The Report" on computer system(s) and/or specific computer network(s) for "The Purchaser's own internal use.

By accepting this license, "The Purchaser" acknowledges that "The Report" contains proprietary information of ON World. Accordingly, "The Purchaser" agrees not to disclose any forecasts related to "The Report" to other entities involved in publishing market research without the written consent of ON World.

Restrictions on Transfer:
Reproduction or disclosure in whole or in part to parties other than "The Purchaser" is permitted only with the written and express consent of ON World. "The Report" shall be treated at all times as a confidential and proprietary document for internal use only.

ON World does not acquire your credit card information from PayPal or VeriSign.
